Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express as payment.
Production & Shipping
Your order will be made within 6-8 weeks (perhaps longer for custom orders) after payment has cleared. Please contact us for rush production or shipping and we will do our best to have your ring ready before your big proposal plans—3-6 weeks turn around time is possible with an added rush fee. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or request a quote.
The ring will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout. This is important! Remember that if you are trying to surprise your partner, consider having it shipped elsewhere than your shared home.
If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, either enter the desired address in the checkout fields, let us know via the 'Special Instructions' box during check-out, or contact us directly at hello@evorden.com. Please email us as soon as possible if you have mistakenly entered the wrong address.
When your ring is ready, it will ship via insured express post. This service usually takes between 2-7 business days. Within Canada/USA the cost is $60; for international orders the cost is $85.
Lost Packages
Though rare, packages can be lost in transit from time to time. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, please contact us directly as soon as possible and we will advise as to next steps.
Packaging
Rings are placed in an Evorden ring box. The ring box is packaged inside a white box, which is then placed in secure box for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges & Returns:
Our engagement rings and wedding bands are custom made and are therefore NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. In the case of re-sizing or if you have any questions, please contact us.
Within 2 weeks of receiving the order, Evorden Everyday jewellery pieces are eligible for exchange, with the exclusion of earrings.
All vintage jewellery is final sale, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Defective & Damaged Products:
If by any chance there is something wrong with your ring, or it was damaged during transit, please contact us with your name, transaction ID, and a description of the problem. We will do everything we can get the issue resolved in a timely manner to ensure that you are happy with your purchase! If in doubt, reach out!
Additional Policies
Evorden graphics, patterns and designs are the exclusive property of Evorden. Any replication or reproduction of Evorden products or design may well constitute a misappropriation of Evorden intellectual property, and we will promptly pursue legal action without exception. There are no exceptions to this rule.
