Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express as payment. If you would like to pay with cash, please reach out hello@evorden.com to book an appointment.


Shipping & Production

Each jewellery item has both a production timeline and a shipping timeline. The total delivery duration will be the combined time of both.

The specific timeline for receiving your item depends on the jewellery piece you purchase. Please refer to our Shipping & Production Timeline for detailed information regarding the timeframe for your selected item.


Lost Packages

Although rare, packages can be lost in transit from time to time. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, please contact us promptly at hello@evorden.com and we will advise as to the next steps. 


Packaging

Rings are placed in an Evorden ring box. The ring box is packaged inside a white box, which is then placed in a secure box for shipping.


Defective & Damaged Products:

If by any chance there is something wrong with your order, or it was damaged during transit, please contact us with your name, transaction ID, and a description of the problem. We will do everything we can to get the issue resolved in a timely manner to ensure that you are happy with your purchase! If in doubt, reach out!


Additional Policies

Evorden graphics, patterns and designs are the exclusive property of Evorden. Any replication or reproduction of Evorden products or design may well constitute a misappropriation of Evorden intellectual property, and we will promptly pursue legal action without exception. There are no exceptions to this rule.
