Shipping & Production

Each jewellery item has both a production timeline and a shipping timeline. The total delivery duration will be the combined time of both.

The specific timeline for receiving your item depends on the jewellery piece you purchase. Please refer to our Shipping & Production Timeline for detailed information regarding the timeframe for your selected item.

Lost Packages

Although rare, packages can be lost in transit from time to time. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, please contact us promptly at hello@evorden.com and we will advise as to the next steps. 

Packaging

Rings are placed in an Evorden ring box. The ring box is packaged inside a white box, which is then placed in a secure box for shipping.

Defective & Damaged Products:

If by any chance there is something wrong with your order, or it was damaged during transit, please contact us with your name, transaction ID, and a description of the problem. We will do everything we can to get the issue resolved in a timely manner to ensure that you are happy with your purchase! If in doubt, reach out!

Additional Policies

Evorden graphics, patterns and designs are the exclusive property of Evorden. Any replication or reproduction of Evorden products or design may well constitute a misappropriation of Evorden intellectual property, and we will promptly pursue legal action without exception. There are no exceptions to this rule.

 

Evorden Facebook & Instagram Giveaway Social Competition

 

Enter via Instagram to win an Exclusive Evening Appointment at Evorden, followed by a romantic dinner for two at Bacchus Restaurant in Vancouver, BC. One lucky couple will be chosen for this giveaway, and will also receive a $100 Gift Voucher to shop Savour Lingerie, and an additional $200 Giftcard to shop Evorden Fine Jewellery. To claim the prize, the winner must book their private appointment and reservation between January 7th to February 27th, 2026. The recipient is required to attend the designated reservation at Bacchus Restaurant on the same day as their Evorden Appointment. This reservation cannot be rescheduled or used at any other time. Failure to arrive within the first 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of all prizes.

Date of the reservation is subject to the availability of Bacchus restaurant. Can not be used during Vancouver Dine Out or any other special occasion.  The appointment will be held at 6pm, at our Vancouver Showroom located at 318 Homer St, Suite 601, Vancouver, BC, V6B 6A7. Evorden is not responsible for transportation or any associated travel costs incurred by the winners. Winners consent to potentially being filmed for content which may be used for Evorden’s website and social media.  This contest is hosted by Evorden Jewellery LTD in collaboration with Bacchus Restaurant and Savour Lingerie. This appointment is for engagement ring viewing only. It excludes Evorden Vintage, Wedding Bands, and Everyday Jewellery. 

Entry Criteria

Entries open at 12 PM December 12th 2025 and close at 12 AM January 1st 2025. The winners will be notified on January 7th, 2025. All times are Pacific Standard Time. Entries are unlimited per person.  To enter, participants must follow the specified rules as outlined by the relevant social media competition post.

This competition is open to local Vancouver Mainland residents only. No purchase is necessary to win or participate in the Contest. Entrants must not submit any entry that is unlawful, fraudulent, in breach of any intellectual property, privacy or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, dangerous to health, or that encourages underage or excessive consumption of alcohol. Any persons depicted in an entry must be over the age of 18, and must consent to their depiction in that entry. Evorden may declare any entry invalid and ineligible for a prize that it determines, in its absolute discretion, does not comply with the entry criteria or these terms and conditions.

Winning the prize

The winner(s) must be part of a real life couple, interested in getting engaged. The winner(s) will be randomly selected following the competition closure. A total of 1 winner(s) will be drawn. The winner(s) will be randomly selected from the pool of all eligible entries by Evorden. The randomly drawn winner(s) will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the entries who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize.

The winners will be notified by a Facebook comment from Evorden and must reply within 72 hours measured by the Facebook timestamp to claim the prize. If the Winner fails to reply within this time, Evorden will randomly select a new Winner(s).  This offer cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, applied to previous purchases, or combined with other offers. Products purchased on discount are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Evorden Responsibility

Evorden reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason. Evorden takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion. Evorden will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the prize.

Acceptance

Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions the prize will be forfeited.
