Naturally Occurring Gemstones:

Each natural gemstone that we source is unique! As with all naturally occurring gemstones, variations in colour and clarity are fully expected—and exactly what makes each stone so distinctly its own. The stone(s) pictured are the reference we use when sourcing. However, if you have a particular shade in mind, reach out and our team would love to work with you to select the perfect stone for your ring.

Production Timeline

Your made-to-order engagement ring will be completed within 6-8 weeks (longer for custom orders) after payment has cleared, the design has been finalized, and a centre stone has been chosen. Please contact us at hello@evorden.com for rush production or shipping and we will do our best to have your ring ready before your big proposal plans—3-6 weeks turnaround time is often possible with an added rush production fee. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or request a quote. 

Our platinum engagement ring production timeline is 10-12 weeks. We currently are unable to rush platinum orders.

Shipping

Shipping is $60 within Canada/USA, and $85 to anywhere else in the world. When your ring is ready, it will ship via insured express post (Purolator 1-3 business days within Canada; DHL 2-7 business days for USA/international pending customs clearance); insured coverage of the ring while shipping is included. The ring will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Rings are placed in an Evorden ring box. The ring box is packaged inside a white box, which is then placed in a secure box for shipping. Tracking information will be provided once the ring is on its way! 

USA/International Shipping & Import Duties

Please note that all countries will charge import duties/taxes on goods made and purchased abroad, (i.e. outside of Canada). The total tariff will be based on the declared value of your purchase which we are required to include with your shipping documents. The tax rate imposed on packages varies from country to country and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to gather this information and budget accordingly. Outstanding duties will be brokered and charged via DHL when your package arrives at customs in your country. The duties must be paid in full before your shipment is allowed to clear customs for delivery to its final destination.

Everyday Evorden collection pieces (excluding earrings) are eligible for exchange within 14-days of receiving them. Costs for exchange via shipping are to be paid by the customer. All earrings are final sale, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Wax Models

Production Timeline & Shipping

The production timeline for wax models is 1-2 weeks. Enjoy flat-rate shipping of $15 within Canada/USA and international orders via Canada Post Tracked Small Packet. Once your wax ring is ready, domestic shipping will take 4-8 business days, while international shipping will take 6-10 business days.

Exchange & Return Policy

All 3D Wax Model rings are made-to-order, which means they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Should you need an additional 3D Wax Model, this will incur an extra charge.

Though rare, packages can be lost in transit from time to time. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, please contact us directly as soon as possible and we will advise as to next steps.

Evorden graphics, patterns and designs are the exclusive property of Evorden. Any replication or reproduction of Evorden products or design may well constitute a misappropriation of Evorden intellectual property, and we will promptly pursue legal action without exception. There are no exceptions to this rule.
