Despite the excitement and promise of ordering engagement rings online, there's something extra special about seeing your unique stone in real life, and we're excited to get back into the swing of things! Lots has changed while non-essential storefronts were closed, and we've updated our showroom policies. Please take a read for below:

Our hours are reduced

For the time being, we are maintaining reduced hours in our showroom to allow for more thorough sanitation and to protect our staff and our customers. Until further notice, we will be thrilled to welcome you on Fridays and Saturdays, between 11:30a and 5pm.

Our telephone and virtual ring consultations are still available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at select times throughout the day. You can book this option in the same place you schedule regular, in-person meetings.

We recommend this option for anyone living with immunocompromised people, or who are immunocompromised themselves, and for anyone feeling uncomfortable expanding their COVID-19 bubble at this time. Do what makes you feel comfortable!

No walk-ins, please 

In an effort to isolate our staff and clients from COVID-19, and to ensure proper sanitation can occur between appointments, we will only be accepting one pre-scheduled appointment at a time. Please book through our online scheduling system, here!

No crowds, please!

Similarly, we ask that you keep your party to two people at max. We know this can be frustrating, especially for those of us that want to share our marriage preparations with our nearest and dearest. We encourage you to hop on a FaceTime call with those who could not attend, so they can still share in your joy—just not in person.

Face mask etiquette

Our team members will be wearing masks during all appointments; if you are comfortable wearing a mask, we encourage you to do so as well. We'll be providing hand sanitizer and thoroughly sanitizing our rings in between appointments.
