The Rutherford Ring—a striking antique paste ring featuring eighteen rose-cut diamonds set in a scalloped halo, lofted by a lacy gallery. The band is crafted in partial 22K and 18K gold, evidence that the ring was refurbished in the past. 

The appraisal of the vintage ring is attached as one of the images; there you will find detailed information about the ring, as well as the appraised value of the ring at $2,900 CAD. The appraisal is included with the purchase of the ring to aid in the insurance process if you choose to insure (which you should!)
